How LinkBridge Works?

Automatic Access with Plai

When clients connect their ad accounts in Plai, you automatically receive admin-level access. This allows you to create, edit, and manage ads without any additional steps. However, LinkBridge goes a step further by giving you access to their actual Business Manager account, including ad accounts, pixels, and more.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Switch to Default Workspace
   
   LinkBridge is only available in the default workspace to prevent any mix-ups between client accounts. Once there, be sure you have connected your Facebook Ad account at the Connect Platforms tab.

2. Access LinkBridge Option:
   ‍
   • The first time you will see your Business Manager account listed, select the one from your Business and then add your team members or yourself as users on your client's accounts (this will grant your and your team access to it). 
     ‍

3. Generate and Send Link:
   ‍
   • When you tab on ‘Confirm’, this will give you a link that you can share with your clients (this link is unique to your Business Manager account)
   • Copy the generated link and send it to your client. 
     ‍

4. Client-Side Connection:
   ‍
   • Clients will click the link and connect their Facebook profile.
   • They will select the pages and assets they wish to link to your Business Manager account.
   • For ad account access, clients need to copy your Business ID and paste it into their Business Manager. They can then select the ad accounts, pixels, or datasets they want to share with you.

5. Verification:
   ‍
   • Check the LinkBridge button to see connected clients and their linked assets.
